The Vizrt Global Plugins training shows you how to work with all the plugins/functions found in the Global folder in Vizrt Artist. Vizrt global plugins are a foundation of scene design in Vizrt Artist and allow you to apply basic and advanced functionality in your vizrt scenes.

This vizrt tutorial introduces you to the Alpha function. The alpha function is a plugin that will lower the transparency of any container that it is dropped on.
This video teaches you how to use audio clips in Vizrt Artist. Not only does it discuss the Audio function but it also teaches you how to put the audio on the timeline so that it will actually trigger the audio clip once the play button is hit. This video also discusses how to import the audio and what type of audio clips you can play in Vizrt Artist.
The Clipper function creates a clipping plane which can be used to mask out a 3D object. This plugin also has a tracking object function which you can attach to the scene. This video shows you more.
The Expert function provides several important functions when it comes to your scene design. This video will cover each individual parameter within the Expert editor.
The Extrude Function lets you extrude a 2D primitive or font. There are several options to change the bevel parameters and shading. The video goes through each option individually.

The key function creates a key signal for your scene. There are several options you’ll need to explore for your own scenes when it comes to keying. This video discusses how this function relates to the background scene settings.
The Lighting Function allows you to use a localized light on a particular container. The function has similar functionality as regular lights but does not affect the entire scene. Watch this video to see how you can use this function to provide localized lighting on your containers.
The Look At function can help keep things facing the camera no matter how the camera moves. This video shows you how to set it up and use it in a scene.
The Mask function works by using the mask source and the mask target together. You will also need two objects for this function to work. This video not only shows you how to use this, but also how to reverse the mask as well.
The Projector and Target functions can be thought of as a projector and a screen. Use these functions to project images onto some type of back plate. This video shows you exactly how simple it is to work with these functions in Vizrt Artist
The Caster and Receiver plugins help you make shadows within your scenes. You have to use both the Caster and Receiver together on two objects to achieve the result. This video shows you how to set it up.

The Window Mask function is a straight edge mask in the shape of a rectangle. You can adjust the shape and size of it to mask out any container you drop it onto.
The Z-Sort Function can be used on containers to sort the z-buffer. Watch this video for an explanation of how and why to use it.
