TutsGFX released a five part video tutorial on building templates within Vizrt Template Wizard. The five videos focus on the workflow for building templates and adding extra functionality to the templates such as radio buttons and drop down menus.
Each video throughout the series focuses on a particular facet such as designing and rigging a scene with Control Functions, editing and adding images in the template, adding and programming a drop down bar and how to program functional radio buttons.
These videos will show you how to prepare, optimize and incorporate images into your templates so as to give the template user better visual clues. Using a series of if/then statements these videos will introduce you to visual basic programming within the templates to add additional functions such as radio buttons and drop downs. For instance, part 4 of the series will teach you how to add a drop down menu with predefined choices. After watching part 5 you will know how to add and program radio buttons; so a user can click on a button of choice and have that option sent to air.
After watching these videos you will be on your way to mastering the workflow and knowing how to write scripts in Vizrt Template Wizard.
